I’m pretty sure I had this problem since I bought this car and it just got worse. It seems like it has gotten quieter since you guys fixed the problem. When I went to pick up my car I asked if they would do an oil change and they did it right away. I would recommend this dealer for service to all my friends and family.
The service advisor was very communicative. He explained the repair process from beginning to end and kept me informed.
